The History of the Federal Superannuates National Association 1963 to 1998 This history details the efforts of Fred Whitehouse following his retirement in 1962 to organize the federal superannuates into a national organization. He successful accomplished this by mid 1963 when the founding convention was held. The remainder of the book details events as they unfolded in the intervening years up to 1998. It makes for some facinating reading. |
