General meetings are held four (4) times a year, usually on the second Wednesday of the month. Members will receive a reminder phone call.
Location: Best Western Hotel, 1590 Cliffe Avenue, Courtenay, BC.
Time: Meet and Greet at 11:30, optional Luncheon 12:00 P.M. Business Meeting 1:00 P.M. The meeting commences between 1:00 to 1:15 PM (1300-1315).
Note: June meeting has been changed from the 9th to the 16th.

The meeting consist of Executive Committee member reports, any business requiring the General Membership's approval and a guest speaker, except the December meeting where the quest speaker is replaced by Executive Committee elections and swearing-in and gift presentations.
